Updated rating from 4 stars 2 years ago to 5 stars on 4/2021. We've been going to Great Clips for over 9 years at various locations. A few weeks ago (April 2021) we went to the York Rd location in Edina. They were great, the stylist really listened to my son & what he wanted his hair to look like which was different and shorter than what was on his previous haircut profile they keep. Another guy just finished getting his hair cut, which was just like my son wanted, so I called him over to model his new cut to the stylist & asked her to cut it like his. She did a fantastic job and we were very happy with the results. She also updated his profile. My son went from a hairy mess who was on the way to resembling a werewolf had a few more weeks passed, to a handsome human :-)
